The UC Berkeley Department of Ethnic Studies and the San Francisco State Center for Iranian Diaspora Studies Present: Dr. Manijeh Moradian, Barnard College, Author of This Flame Within: Iranian Revolutionaries in the United States.
With Dr. Keith Feldman, Department of Ethnic Studies and Dr. Minoo Moallem, Gender and Women's Studies, UC Berkeley, moderated by Dr. Persis Karim, Center for Iranian Diaspora Studies, SF State.
Manijeh Moradian is an Assistant Professor in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Barnard College. Her writing appears in Routledge Handbook of the Global Sixties, Scholar & Feminist Online, Women's Studies Quarterly, Comparative Studies of South Asian, Africa, and the Middle East, and others. She is a member of Jadaliyya's Iran Page editorial board and a founding member of Raha Iranian Feminist Collective.
